Phantom Apex

Grab an invisible steering wheel in front of your webcam and race an open-wheel car with nothing but your hands.

• Hand-tracked driving: steer by turning your hands, curl your fingers to shift gears, press your thumbs for the movable wing and electric boost.

• 12 tracks: circuits inspired by famous real-world tracks (the Riviera street circuit, the Ardennes forest, Brianza's royal park, Mie's figure-eight and more) with real elevation data, plus a fictional Phantom Circuit and a drag strip.

• Races against 5 AI drivers: tyre strategy, pit stops with a full crew, rain and a safety car.

• Ghost car of your best lap, timing tower, minimap, three camera views.

• Runs in your browser. No download, no account.

HOW TO PLAY

• Hold your hands up in front of the webcam as if gripping a steering wheel (thumbs up) and turn them together.

• Briefly curl the four fingers of your right hand to shift up, your left hand to shift down.

• Right thumb: movable wing · Left thumb: electric boost. Throttle and brakes are automatic.

• No camera? Use the arrow keys. Esc pauses. Note: the in-game menus are currently in Turkish.

FAQ / TROUBLESHOOTING

• The camera doesn't start: allow camera access when your browser asks (we recommend "Allow this time"). If it still doesn't work inside this page, use the "open the game in a new tab" button; settings and lap records are saved separately there.

• Hand tracking is unstable: play in a well-lit room, keep both hands fully in view, avoid bright light behind you, recalibrate with C.

• The game feels slow: close other tabs and heavy apps. The first camera start downloads about 17 MB of hand-tracking data.

• Is my video recorded? No. It is processed only on your device and never sent anywhere.
